Saw that of course... west view I guess ..still doesn't describe the building from 3 other povs (balconies et al).

They are in the database - you can see the balconies on the north side of the building in the picture posted by raptor.

East side with the balconies - https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/projects/15840/15840-122817.jpg
You can see the balconies wrapping round on the south side here - https://cdn.skyrisecities.com/sites/default/files/images/projects/15840/15840-122816.jpg

My bet is that it turns out similarly to One Bloor East in terms of the material used.

Well lets not drool over a building that's 1/2 completed with a couple floors of cladding and see how that turns out?

You can already tell from what's been built that it is superior to most projects in the area. So yeah, let's drool over the project - it ain't going to be YC.

I feel like Toronto lacks greenery at street level. Why doesn’t the city mandate that these buildings going up make it a part of their design to create some sort of green space or lots of trees etc at the street level. It’s not a huge investment and beautifies the city.

Because we handed over the majority of space to cars on a great number of our downtown streets such that the sidewalks don’t have the space to support trees? We have some woefully narrow sidewalks in this town. Put a tree on almost any part of the stretch of Yonge between Dundas and Bloor and you’ll only impede pedestrian traffic.
