One thing that really scares me about this development is the lack of daytime photos of the towers. This is going to be the tallest building in the skyline west of the CN Tower and we're almost certainly getting a cheap spandrel monstrosity.

You dont need to look at the renderings. If you hear the name "Concord", just automatically know that the project will be bad, and there's virtually no hope for it.

There was that saying that there are 2 things guaranteed in life, but really there are 3 things guaranteed: death, taxes, and virtually all developments from Concord being bad quality.
