I'm pretty sure there used to be a street there, which was closed to create Barbara Ann Scott Park.I wish the city had broken up this crazy superblock by creating a real street from Yonge to Bay south of College Park while it was still possible. In such an awkward location you end up with parkspace that'll need to be 'revitalized' every decade.
