The point is that not anything is possible. The towers that were allowed to go up were approved because of the benefits they gave back, and that was the restoration of the existing buildings to create a viable destination out of it. That's done. Cityscape and DREAM will not be allowed to build anything else on the old buildings.

I think Gooderham and Clear Spirit look good from most angles. I don't get why so many people don't like the mechanical here. From Ward's Island on the 8th:

Man, these towers would have looked so much better if they had kept the frosted balconies on one side of the crease and the clear on the other, instead of alternating back and forth.
