Looking forward to the next CIBCSquare community construction update.
 
I assume the core is about 60% of the way there by now. Great shots. It's nice to see this going up even as we recognize any bigger office project after this will be considered several years down the line.

EDIT: I keep forgetting just how much of an impact The Saint will make in the skyline.

Can you tell that to someone who might want to buy my condo at 25 Esplanade, soon to be almost PATH connected. The neighborhood sure has improved with the return of the hotels as hotels.

I think the walkway between 1 Front and 141 Bay should be very nice once 1 Front W is finished. 2030?
