About an hour ago they were lifting two of these temporary offices from the south side onto waiting trailers on north side - I assume the guys can now have offices 'indoors'.

Commercial building always go up fast.
you can thank not needing so many internal walls, washroom and plumbing.
Plus the faster they go, the sooner they start making rent money
