Seriously- have you even bothered looking at the plans?

Yeah, no, I've gone all through it for all of the proposals, and it's all cray-cray south of Front Street, both east and west. It'll be strictly a bad weather alternative only as all of the grade changes will make people mental.

"Strictly" a bad weather alternative? As in, it will be closed normally?

As in there will be so much up and down going on that it will not be particularly appealing to go through it.
Yes I have, and I also read the UT article, but my question came after reading, not before.
It's a new bridge: there's no big glassy structure there currently.

Steel column erected on the crash wall and 2 more awaiting their turn.

Feels like Fall Friday

Westside Story: Crane#1 has taken a jump-up, and new crane parts (lower left corner) have arrived for the Crane#2 jump-up. A lot of work has been done on the north wall, they've done three different pours to reach the present height. This wall is very thick.

A closer look of the core shows that it is ready for a new pour. I'm guessing will start about 6am tomorrow morning. Fortunately, the low rumbling of the concrete pumping machine is not overly noisy, it sounds a lot like the idling train that we get to listen to while it is sitting on Track 27. There is also a better view of the position of Crane#1. The operator's cab is still below my level but not by much.

Eastside Story: More of the Ground Level 01 has been poured which makes it about 90% complete.

A closer look at the eastside pour. You may also notice there has been a jump-up of the concrete pumping machines #3 and #4. The outline of the ramp from Level 02 down to Ground Level 01 is also more distinct.

They stealthily connected the steelwork from the future 'elevated park' to the building at 45 Bay St. sometime during the night. How they did it remains a mystery
