I get that. To be clear though, they are at the final stages of construction. And what you are describing is the packaging before they send the product out...or the wrap, metaphorically speaking.

Dismantle ongoing… winds at 750 ft slow things down. Jib lowered to dismantle angle. Counterweights removed.

It looks like this could be opened up by the end of the year.
