I loooove those steel beams on the north side. Not sure why, just do...lol. I'll try asking this question to see if I get a response. Are those new? Or are they somehow part of the Dominion building?
As @mburrrrr says, the metal I beams ARE new but don't get too fond of them. They are temporary supports for the concrete slab on top and when they finish the excavation they will be removed (after some of them are replaced by 'regular" concrete columns.) They did exactly the same thing at 158 Front and is done when the space for working around a site is very limited - they needed the concrete slab!

Interesting Black Widow light reflection pattern at the top of the building. Did the Red Room get relocated secretly to Toronto? :D
