It is along the entire north side/wall of the bridge's interior, and it should virtually light up the entire view as seen from the street as in above photo. The darkness below the lit art in that current photo is simply the 7 foot barrier separating the workers from pedestrians. This should look quite interesting at night, and yes it changes colours,
I'm trying to understand how the feature wall works. Is it on the north side of the walking bridge? To me it looks like a mirror to obstruct the view of the Gardiner. Correct?
