Man it's difficult to navigate, look at the buildings and take pics of the buildings all at same time.

I wouldn't credit the glass itself, but the implementation of its 3D facade / diamond pattern, which is really what makes this building pop. It does a great job adding flare and elegance to an otherwise large, slab-like office building. Definitely one of the best buildings to go up in the city in recent memory, and also a rare instance where I don't mind seeing a second phase join it.

Still measured in ounces for such a large weight?

Gold prices are normally measured in $/oz. It's done in other units too, but most commonly ounces, no matter the quantity.
