That's actually a good question. Any indication the bus terminal is to open before construction finishes on tower 1? It would make sense and condense the timelines a bit.

Edit: I believe tower 1 is set to open in 2020 and tower 2 in 2022. Two years isn't enough so maybe that's the intention?
 
Yes I imagine they will do something similar to Aura and open the base level first. I could see the GO bus terminal opening in Q4 2019.
 
The way I see it, the Go Bus Terminal is benefiting from CIBC wanting a phased relocation as not all their leases will obviously be expiring at the same time. I don't see it as enough to delay construction of a 50 storey office tower. Not in Toronto.

Very disappointing. The profile isn't as nice as tower 1 and the twin aspect is gone. The twins were grander than just two sibling towers
