Fancy that......only 5 days ahead of an election call..............getting one........yes one........way overdue...........long term care project in Toronto off the ground.

Now about the City-owned sites in Scaborough and on George Street..........and oh the expansion of Providence LTC by :Unity Health......

Ahem...

Oh.....and no permit applications yet for Sinai/Bridgepoint's new facility either.........the one the Premier announced......err....years ago.

I saw the plans and I don't recall there being a retail space or if there was, just a cafe, so I think Benjamin Moore might just be donating paint / labour to this project.

There are plans for a testing centre -- maybe a LifeLabs.

There are these two units at ground.

It would be kind of wild if of all businesses doing location scouting and demographic breakdowns -that it’s a paint store that lands one of the two spots here. Off the top of my head, a walk-in dermatological clinic would do gangbusters. Cut that 6am line up at Avantderm in half

Excellent find. It's a very aggressive schedule but I've met with Rekai and believe they want to get it done ASAP.

Although it's a positive that they intend on getting some shovels in the ground soon, I ultimately expect this to take longer than the aforementioned aggressive timeline. Always anticipate construction to take longer than forecasted in our burg.
