Was lucky enough to have a meeting on the 48th floor of Commerce Court yesterday (March 13) and grabbed some photos.

Really intrigued by the rooftop penthouse/amenity spaces and what looks like a concrete sculptural element. Reminds me of Corbusier a tiny bit! Taken 24 March.

That would actually be great. There's a very small pharmacy at King and River, but nothing else nearby.

That's quite the hike for the Canary District or Distillery residents.

I can pretty much guarantee you that a Shoppers is going in somewhere south of King.
