Construction of Charisma Condos phases 3 and 4 has begun with vey early excavation/shoring/pinning underway. Phases 3 and 4 lie immediately south of phases 1 and 2 along Jane St., south of Rutherford. (Do we want to open a new thread for phases 3 and 4?)

It appears as though the Sales Office has been moved.
