I think the white strips on the mechanical penthouse are being installed:

I find the use of a light grey spandrel glass to be perplexing. Looks like on CASA III it's a darker grey instead. The vertical spandrel-glass areas conflict (even if it's somewhat subtle) with the horizontal lines of the fritted balcony guards.

I think this is my favourite building in this entire Charles/Yonge/Jarvis cluster of the last ten or so years. Its edges look razor sharp.
