There's 3 huge slosh tanks up there too (hence the height of the mechanical penthouse)!

Also I found out that there is indeed going to be uplighting on the roof feature from around the perimeter. Not sure if it will be coloured or not. (I personally hope it's a soft white glow, not yet another colour.)
