It appears to be a 54 storey tower on a 4 storey podium and not a 58 storey tower on a 4 storey podium as described in the application - for a total of 58 floors (not 62)

This picture illustrates how these wire drawings don't do a good job of portraying what the final product will look like. It seems like this will be a taller knock-off of Casa 1 - a building almost universally loved on this forum and yet look at the negative reaction to Casa 2!

I personally think they should design something completely different. The original Casa is an OK building but I think one is enough on our skyline.
