I do wish aA would stop copy-pasting massive, unarticulated expanses of curtain wall as their default grade treatment. They’re one of the better firms in the city, yet at the same time have foisted a fair degree of sterility upon our public realm at grade.

Update on the metal panel progress. A bit unfortunate that the soffits, which is where most of this orange red colour shows up, will constantly be in shadow and so the colour almost doesn’t read on a cloudy day. I had to boost saturation on this pic just to see the colour.

Mods, this is noted complete on the map, but many months away from it. The lower floors of the east tower are seeing new residents, but that it from what I saw on April 30. The north side will see residents for the townhouses next.
