Interesting to see stack bond with a very white brick and white mortar. This building's going to be quite something when done, a little retro-60s-space-age-modernist marvel!

I Love the vibe in this neighbourhood in general. I adore this particular addition with the very wide sidewalk/boulevard feeling. I also like the wide street which gives an overall sense of space.
 
Scandinavian vibes here. Just don't look at the extremely wide right-of-way and roadway on the left-hand side.
I get more of a Rotterdam feeling with the wider roads and modern mid-rises. Still love it either way!

Perhaps another experimental piece? If it's an experiment, it passes the test. Mesmerizing colour changes depending on your vantage point.
