Interesting to see stack bond with a very white brick and white mortar. This building's going to be quite something when done, a little retro-60s-space-age-modernist marvel!

I Love the vibe in this neighbourhood in general. I adore this particular addition with the very wide sidewalk/boulevard feeling. I also like the wide street which gives an overall sense of space.

I get more of a Rotterdam feeling with the wider roads and modern mid-rises. Still love it either way!

Some podium glass is up. Looks fantastic in person. This building is turning out as a great contrast to the rest of the buildings on Front Street.

The east-side podium glass...still waiting for it to appear on expansive south face, but there was another surprise there...

Perhaps another experimental piece? If it's an experiment, it passes the test. Mesmerizing colour changes depending on your vantage point.
