Sounds like it should be an aA design here then. I'm guessing somewhere between 15 to 25 storeys.
Guessing 32 storeys.

Notwithstanding my preference for this being incorporated into a much expanded Orde Park..............
If this is going to be residential.................it shouldn't be THIS residential.
I would love to see more high quality housing (condo and rental) built in the Grange. Here is a image of the area --
It felt rather institutional as an extension of the hospital block. Honestly though I'd rather see this site in public hands for the inevitable expansions to come.
What about Breadbox Condos?
