This decade? Actually, no ... I just spoke to someone who works at one of the three development companies, and he's anticipating Phase II occupancies to commence at the end of 2010 and run into the middle of 2011 (lower floors first, higher floors later).

So for some of the purchasers high up in phase 2 ... that's three years from now ... or five and a half years from purchase date for those who bought at opening.

I am writing to give you an update on Boutique Condominiums Phases 1 and 2. I am pleased to report that construction is progressing well on both phases. The phase 1 garage structure is nearing completion and the building structure will be topped off towards the end of this year. Shoring and excavation for phase 2 is also now well advanced. At this time no change in occupancy closing dates on either phase is anticipated. As construction progresses we will notify you if there are any changes in your occupancy closing date.



The finishes and colour selection process for phase 1 purchases has now started. We would like to introduce Raluca Urlea. Raluca is the suite finishing co-coordinator for Boutique and you will be meeting with her to chose your finishes. Raluca is offering an excellent choice of finishes selected by our interior designers Cecconi Simone. If you are a phase 1 purchaser and have not received a call already to schedule an appointment you will be receiving one over the next couple of months. The colour selection process for phase 1 purchasers should be completed by the end of January 2009. Appointments for phase 2 purchasers will start right after the completion of phase 1 appointments.

Phase 1 will be topped off towards the end of the year?? Is this even possible? Can they realistically complete 15 stories by January?
 
view of the area in these 2 photos will be so different in couple years once Boutique 1+2 and Aspen Ridge's buildings are up~
 
Do the lines spanning across the top of the first floor represent where the walls of the second floor are going to be?
