Procurement is for sure an issue. Combine that with tight project budgets and you’ve got the perfect recipe for “file save as” designs. Unfortunately, it’s not dissimilar to retail / program rollout - a volume business.

Good article, I'm familiar w/thee Quebec initiative which Premier Legault ran on in his first term.

It was popular, too bad for him, he completely lost touch w/normal Quebecers since, but I digress.

I don't know if you want to split the thread, or list it as active again, but there are two active projects on site.

Happy to see affordable housing on the site.

Not thrilled seeing Snyder as the school architect. Students should learn in schools, not self-storage buildings.
