Procurement is for sure an issue. Combine that with tight project budgets and you’ve got the perfect recipe for “file save as” designs. Unfortunately, it’s not dissimilar to retail / program rollout - a volume business.

Good article, I'm familiar w/thee Quebec initiative which Premier Legault ran on in his first term.

It was popular, too bad for him, he completely lost touch w/normal Quebecers since, but I digress.

In addition to the school noted above, the affordable townhomes are set to move ahead, permits just went in:

Happy to see affordable housing on the site.

Not thrilled seeing Snyder as the school architect. Students should learn in schools, not self-storage buildings.

Shot here from every angle covering VP and Gerrard, these is still not work on this site just yet. Didn't attach any photos as the drone shots we have on this thread so far are much superior.

Find it a bit strange that this was supposed to be a Via Monde public school but there is a French Catholic Board recruitment sign on the site…
