Does anyone know when construction is expected to start? Wondering when I should sneak in my last drink at Pennies ;)

I spoke to the city planners on file a few weeks back and they noted that this project has not yet received it's full zoning approvals. The link to the development application says the zoning application is still open - https://www.toronto.ca/city-governm...5040834&pid=712588&title=109-127-STRACHAN-AVE

Just for clarity, we do now have a binding order from the OLT. We don't know when the city plans to update their application website.

Last drink at pennies is such a sad thought. Such a unique spot.
 
March 8. The Enterprise car rental outlet has closed, but there is no easily visible signage on any of the businesses indicating pending closure. A couple of photos of the site's current status, with the blacked-out Enterprise Car Rental sign :
