Wouldnt expect anything less from the drab duo of Canderal/G+C. Not only will the quality of mateial be underwhelming, but they also decided to slap on a nice huge wall of hideous grey spandrel right on the corner of the intersection (where something you know, unique could have been done).

This is a re-lunch of SIX25BV project from 2017 by Heaven Development. Here the builders (2 brothers) pulled out as the condo prices went up they cancelled the project to re-sell at a higher price. All buyers lost capital appreciation. Just stay away from this project.
