I wonder if it would be worth flipping the residential component planned for R6 to block C1 which is more suited to a taller tower.
It has been used for this for several yearsView attachment 641426
"LAKE R-6" is now a Construction Yard for the nearby HINES buildings that are finishing-up this year...
Stuck, pretty much DEAD in the water.Anyone heard any recent updates on this one?
Do you have a SOURCE / LINK for that image..? I cannot seem to find the Agenda / Presentations on-line anymore at Waterfront Toronto website. Thx!Not that this adds a ton of info, but this got passing mention in the IREC Ctte Dashboard for WT last week: (

Yes this is infuriating and due to WT being unable to provide AODA Compliant documents. I really doubt that AODA was designed to restrict documents from everyone and cannot understand why WT are unable to post things in AODA format - the City appears to be able to so why not WT. For an organisation that was once a leader in openness and communication it is a sad descent!Nope. WT no longer posts the agendas on their website, you have to request them to be emailed to you.

The City of Toronto literally removed DECADES of old documents from the public record in about 2015 because of the way that AODA is interpreted.Yes this is infuriating and due to WT being unable to provide AODA Compliant documents. It is one thing to remove old documents due to AODA but quite another not to put NEW ones online because you cannot meet it.The City of Toronto literally removed DECADES of old documents from the public record in about 2015 because of the way that AODA is interpreted.
Our OPEN DATA volunteers have many concerns with how AODA is currently scoped and enforced when it comes to reports and public records.
