Brad's an unrepentant dick and I don't know what his build quality is like, but aesthetically there are few doing it as well as Lamb (unfortunately)...

Same shoring equipment as reported above on August 5. However, they do seem to be making progress with it, I think that, at least. the west side is all shored up.

Yes! Was by on the streetcar and it looks like they have gone quite deep with excavation. Dont think there is a crane yet though. Progress.
