WTF,..... looks like someone is using these empty plant cubby holes to dispose of their dog waste,..... hmmm,.... I’m so tempted to set up a spring loaded rat trap inside that empty plant cubby hole!

I'd still say it is better than the Eaton Centre's between 2 Queen W and 250 Yonge.

Well that was a mid-90's PoMo abomination tacked on to the building! I don't get people's haterade on this complex TBH. It does what it needs to do (decent street-wall); mix of uses; this just seems to be a twenty first century take on street-front retail that used to line Toronto's retail arteries (all of the two story retail buildings that were built in the 1920s and 30s on Eglinton, Bloor Street or upper Yonge). Memorable, not really; but useful, yes.
