If I were living on one of the lower floors at 25 The Esplanade, I would be very glad that this terrace isn't any higher than it is. I think that the space between 25 and this building is already unnecessarily blank, and that the roof of the driveway which heads into the Green P parking to the east should be greened as well: the lowest south facing units at 25 now look into a gray canyon. It's ugly, and not good for mental health.

Same developer as the L-Tower so not being complete would hardly be a surprise! (They are also now working on 158 Front!)

it dates from an earlier time when there were tracks on it, IIRC. Today it is planned to eventually support a new PATH connection.

I think it was a post office (mail) building.
