I think the sole redeeming feature is the greening in front of the northerly towns.

Remember this lot had lots of green space before they erected this spandrel and cinder block monstrosity over the top of it.

To me an infill should always make it worth to lose something that you walked your dog on everyone morning. This has even /failed to do that. /sigh
