That cinder block colour on the townhouses remains "tactfully" appalling.

Yeah...those townhouses look like a place I would run too for shelter if there was a bombing raid. >.<

The stone on the tower podium looks bad, the blocks on the towns look awful, and the window wall on the tower is horrible. Just a mess of a project overall.

Count me as among those who is not a fan of the cinderblock look here. It really does look unfinished.

Both are TACT who, unfortunately, can never seem to communicate depth in their work. It always just looks flat and dead regardless of whether it's brick, stone, or something else.

I laughed a little when I saw @ADRM's reaction to my pic of a

I actually thought this was about as good as this building can look - at a distance, featuring it's thinner side, and in the bright sun. To me, it is almost passable here. On the whole, though, I have to agree that it's a sad looking building.
