Don't get too excited about the blank hoardings - they were approved for 42 units at LPAT, but now going to Committee of Adjustment (June 23rd) for 67 units (9 studio, 28 1BR, 11 1BR+den, 10 2BR, 1 2BR+Den, 8 3BR) all within the same built form and Density approved at LPAT - translation: they're chopping unit size!

Well, it's about time,... Demolition Permit were granted mid-April for both! Squatter issues,... and now encampment issues at adjacent Bishop Park
