It is difinitely vibrant there again now.
I understand the restrictions on the brightness of billboards. But they are on 24 hours a day and shine right in people's windows.
I think obtaining an optimal level of light from Aura is important. But I hope they keep them on all night.
Did I miss something? Who said these lights were bleeding into people's windows at Aura? Surely they were designed to be recessed so as to prevent any light bleeding into the windows. And what nearby neighbours are going to be disturbed by that amount of light so high up? Billboards are a whole different animal and cannot be compared to LED feature lights on a building. Residents all the way out to the Distillery District were losing sleep because of the insane amount of lumens coming from the new video board installed on the media tower above the Atrium on Bay last year. Feature lights on office buildings and condos don't cause that kind of distress.
