taken tonight. only had my phone so not the best quality. anyone know when the main crane is coming down? looks like they are prepping it for removal.

Quickly snapped these couple of photos as I was on my way to work at around 5pm today. Looks like they were taking down parts of the main crane. The construction dudes in the centre of the old skating rink in the photo looked like they were helping to guide that particular part of the crane down to the ground with a very long yellow rope.

Well, once topped out it did clean up its act, so to speak. It's still inelegant and largely unsubtle. But it is now more proportioned and balanced. Get some lose some, I spose.

On another note, Congrats to Aura! Didn't notice until today but this thread recently become the most replied to building thread on UT surpassing Trump a short while ago and will soon surpass it in total views, perhaps by the end of the week as the thread is averaging over a 1,000 views per day.
