I always love it when renders show a building to be all-glass but then it really ends up with as many vision glass panels as a building clad in precast .
Really is a darn shame, @Tridelwebmaster, about the quality of materials on all but one portion of the building. Hope subsequent Tridel projects do better (looking at you, Well).
I'm assuming the reason for the angled balconies is for the unobstructed views of the lake from any floor and from any distance from the building. But from the previous pictures, looks like the white columns are going to impede on that view in some cases.
I don't get it. The building would have much greater visual appeal if, in my limited view, they did not tack on that box on the waterfront side. Without it, the building would have stepped down nicely toward the shoreline.
