What are they building directly south of this Amica building? It looks like there's some movement, getting it ready for break ground?

Where exactly south? If it's south of Phase One (The west phase, which is the one not currently under construction), it is most likely some sort of prep for 28 Main Street (https://urbantoronto.ca/database/projects/28-main-street.47430). If it's the corner of Main Street Unionville and Enterprise, it will be for a new park that is being built with the current phase under construction, and you can see that plot of land in the rendering below. It would not be the 32-story student housing project that Cyber98 is referencing as that is proposed to be directly east of Phase One, in a small parking lot behind the two large west buildings of 28 Main Street.

Oh my bad, the 28 main street one makes way more sense. Lets hope this one gets built this time.
 
It would be great if someone could pass by and get a more complete, closer set of the Amica site: this will be in the 2024 year end poll, and people will need good shots to compare it with. Thank you!
