Was by the site yesterday and the new sales office opens today at 2038 Yonge St.

The building has been strip with the other building clean out.

In the coming weeks, Demo will start on these building and on schedule for this month.

Construction on this condo has started. I saw workers erecting hoarding today (June 13, 2012). It looks like the old sales centre will be demolished soon.

30 November 2013: STOP it right now. Yes, the aesthetic police have arrived (again! ) and demand a recladding by superior window dressers! Yonge Street has some fantastic old and newer architecture, but not here.
