Well guess I don't need to hold my breath any longer for the brise soleil above each window. Still a pretty looking building though!

OK but surely they're going to add some black trim to fill these gaps between the brick panels, right? I think (and hope!) there may be some detailing yet to come. Who knows, maybe even the long-awaited brise-soleils?

Got an email from them today. Opening has been delayed to "late July" -- I'm seeing reservations available starting August 1.

That would explain why I couldn't book there for our July trip! Calendar looks blocked off through to October but that may open up once they have an actual date to open...

Was thinking the same thing. so cheap. Couldn’t they do some Sort of real stone? Natural….

Beautiful -- but those pictures really highlight that we need to buy those hydro lines on main streets (especially where there are no streetcar tracks). Makes the whole city look messy and unfinished.
