Right ... but my point was they're not empty and are in use so there wouldn't be much of a point in demolishing them.

As I suspected, that unit was a custom millwork piece built from scratch. It used to be in one of the Presentation Centres and the interior designer thought it would look good in the master bedroom of the model suite.

tribeca lofts were a horrid conversion for purchasers.
it was a poor conversion quality wise, which resulted in special assessments on their condo fees not too long after the building was completed.

I love that shade of orange, and the custom headboard. It's giving me ideas for my bedroom; doesn't look cheap though, I wish I was a better woodworker.
