Not sure how to create project threads, but I believe this is under construction now as it's listed as so on Clark Construction Managements website.
9000 Bathurst is a proposed 6-storey seniors building and an 8-storey residential apartment building. The buildings include a total of 283 residential units, which range in size from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom + den units. Parking for the development will be provided through 286 below-grade parking spaces and 144 above-grade parking spaces. The proposed development also includes the relocation of an existing heritage building and the construction of a temporary parking lot (486 parking spaces). The existing Jaffari Community Centre, elementary school and place of worship will remain in operation throughout the construction.
