Any residential that has its above ground permits is allowed to continue. It would be rather early for that to be the case here. Each developer can decide on their own to pause if they have their permits though.

Logical step by the LCBO, as their current location is part of Canderel's next phase on the corner west of here. The market for them already exists, plus with all the new residents moving in from all the developments rising along the horizon in this emerging midrise cluster.
