Today they are removing the fencing along Wellington. I assume they are going to install the sidewalk, at least up to its 2016 width. (Next year it will be widened on North side of Wellington as part of the street renewal.) At one point the offices were planned to open in "late 2016" but I have not heard that recently.

I was never enthralled by the renders but, like 10 York, it is forming into quite a handsome project. I like the mix of materials and the stepped design is a nice change from the typical point tower. Even the rising spandrel seems to be working well so far.
