They said early Spring for digging to commence....so you're probably right.
I am guessing 1-1.5 years before they reach ground with concrete

Looked like they were taking the crane down last night. Guess the demolition has reached a point where they can almost begin digging.

Really cool, I love time capsules. That said, I bet the original architects and builders didn't expect it to be uncovered not even 60 years later.
