^^^ And the spandrel that will accompany the glass will not even be black, it'll be grey, so overall, the top half of this building will not really look good at all; in fact, I think it'll look worse than most other condos. I would have actually preferred if this building's top half was dominated by the reflective glass that is used in the sections of the building that stick out rather than the boring/depressing clear glass with grey spandrel they chose!
