Piece by piece this horrible lot is dying. Can't wait for the remaining third right along Queen to go. Wish they'd start on that phase soon...
You can start digging a hole and still have time to redesign some things above ground, were they to be demanded by the Planning Department or suggested by the Design Review Panel. Not preferred, but it could happen!

I never really checked out this project much till now. And I looked at the rendering in the box up above. Much to my surprise how nice this project is going to look like when it's finished. Love the podiums they really enhance these structures with some of the curve areas, well done!. I hope they don't have any last minute changes!
