One more floor and then a setback. I just looked at the renderings again and the street wall is stunning! Becoming one of my favourite projects!

Thursday, April 6: A major concrete pour for the second floor, four feet thick transfer slab took place today. Five to six concrete delivery trucks stationed on the west side of Bathurst all day. Six trucks (including a less visible dark grey one at the end of the line close to King Street) as well as a portable concrete pump unit, can be seen in the photo below.

Now that I have approached this site from the west along Wellington I see how much this project will define the Niagara neighbourhood as well as the Bathurst streetscape. You can see the first few columns for the second floor.
