Some kind of very leafy greenery going in on the terrace, it comes in a roll. In the back left you can see grasses have been planted in the planters that continue around to the other side.

November 11: Miscellaneous updates. Grills have now been installed (this morning) over the hole in the east side of the mechanical penthouse - looks much better. Excavation is underway for the Bathurst Street sidewalk along the south side of the project.

Had a lot of hope this project would turn out great, but unfortunately it’s doing nothing for me at street level or above street level. Different cladding options could’ve saved it. It’s just looking like a giant slab with stile street presence.

November 22 - 7:40 AM - A whole lot of dry-walling going to be going on. On the plus side for the crew, it is indoors work, dry and reasonably warm given the current weather. On the minus side - all the DRY WALL DUST.

November 25 - Various updates - working on the Bathurst Street sidewalk, additional cladding being installed, a number of trees planted from end to end of the roof.

December 10 - Main focus of the exterior work at 88 Bathurst has been installation of the remaining cladding, and preparation for the rebuilding of the Bathurst Street sidewalk. The external construction hoist is busy every day, so must be lots happening on the inside as well, but beyond camera range.

Ill reserve judgement until its buttoned up. The windows are pretty good quality on the podium and I appreciate there are some other materials breaking up the glass

I've seen it in person and to be honest it DOES look like those beige tiles you have in those toilets from the 90s when it was a trend
