wrap-around balconies are the worst, laziest design choice IMO

I hate them too. very few times wrap around balconies have been executed very well. this is one of those cases.

Design issues aside If I lived in a condo I'd want a wrap around balcony certainly.

I think once everything is said and done the balconies will look better than most wrap-around balconies in the city. What makes wrap-around balconies bad is a mediocre facade design, this building’s facade is not the most striking ever but it is interesting, warm and playful, so the final result I think will be great.

Design issues aside If I lived in a condo I'd want a wrap around balcony certainly.

I avoid any condo with wrap-around balconies. The clutter, trash, cigarette butts, bird poop is a lot. Not to mention I rarely use the balcony, yet it blocks my view 24/7. Above the ~15th floor, balconies are useless. I'm glad we're getting more curtain wall "floor to ceiling" window buildings in the city.
